Electric Belt Loader

The TK-EXC80 is a fully electric aircraft belt loader engineered to provide safe, reliable and efficient baggage and bulk cargo handling for commercial aircraft.

A CATL LFP battery system, liquid-cooled electric powertrain and motor-driven conveyor ensure stable low-speed control, zero emissions and strong endurance. An intelligent CAN bus control architecture, digital display and standard TK-ASD aircraft docking safety system support efficient operation and enhanced safety during aircraft approach and loading.
