The TK-XC80C is a diesel-powered aircraft belt loader engineered to provide safe, reliable and efficient baggage and bulk cargo handling for commercial aircraft.
A Cummins Stage IV engine, continuously variable hydromechanical transmission and robust conveyor system ensure smooth operation, stable low-speed control and dependable performance in demanding ramp environments. An intelligent CAN bus control architecture, digital display and standard TK-ASD aircraft docking safety system support efficient operation and enhanced safety during aircraft approach and loading.

TK-ASD Safe Aircraft Docking
The standard TK-ASD system monitors aircraft proximity and automatically stops the loader approximately 0.10–0.15 m before contact.

The 700 mm conveyor belt provides smooth baggage transfer, with variable belt speeds from 0.16 to 0.50 m/s.
