Diesel VIP Passenger Stairs

The TK-KT58V is a premium, high-capacity, diesel-powered, self-propelled passenger boarding stair designed for aircraft door heights from 2,550 to 5,800 mm across regional, narrow-body and wide-body fleets.

Its 1,500 mm clear stairway, shallow 157 mm steps and 3,525 × 2,500 mm platform provide a more comfortable boarding experience and support up to 90 passengers. An automatic height-positioning system, auxiliary safe-docking system and six hydraulic stabilizers provide convenient setup, controlled aircraft approach and stable elevated operation. Optional premium carpeting and decorative handrail finishes are available for VIP and executive boarding applications.

The 157 mm step height and 295 mm tread depth provide a shallower, more comfortable boarding angle for premium passenger use.

Extended Boarding Height Range
The 2,550-5,800mm working range supports passenger boarding across regional, narrow-body and wide-body aircraft. 

Diesel Drive System
A Dongfeng Cummins 110 kW diesel engine with Allison 2100 automatic transmission delivers reliable, high-torque performance for continuous apron duty.  

Safe Aircraft Docking
Distance sensing, controlled low-speed approach, automatic braking and anti-collision protection support safe and accurate aircraft docking. 

Safety Interlocks
Travel, stabilizer deployment and stair operations are electronically interlocked, with handbrake and hydraulic action interlocks to prevent unsafe vehicle movement. 

Structural Stability 
A purpose-built low-center-of-gravity chassis, wide-track axles, six hydraulic stabilizers and dual locking support stable elevated operation. 

Passenger Safety & Flow 
A 1,500 mm clear stairway, anti-slip aluminum treads, handrails with illuminated LED strips and a large platform support safe, efficient boarding for up to 90 passengers. 

Premium Passenger Safety and Comfort
Wide stairs, shallow steps, illuminated handrails, high guardrails and anti-slip treads improve passenger comfort and safety.

Operator Control & Monitoring 
CAN-bus controls, integrated status displays, audible/visual warnings and a central height display provide clear operating information and simplified fault monitoring. 

Emergency Operation 
Emergency electric and manual pumps, manual retraction controls and towing points allow rapid aircraft clearance following a system failure.
