TK-EWS40
Electric Lavatory Service Vehicle
The TK-EWS40 is a fully electric aircraft lavatory service vehicle designed for sewage extraction and clean-water supply during aircraft lavatory servicing.
Its 1,500 L clean-water and 3,000 L sewage tanks support high-capacity turnaround operations. A vacuum extraction system, dedicated water-supply system and hydraulic elevating work platform with a 400–3,000 mm working range provide efficient waste removal, convenient lavatory replenishment and safe access across different aircraft service heights.
Specifications
Features
Dual-Tank Integrated Design
A 1,500 L fresh-water tank and 3,000 L waste tank provide high-capacity, separated fluid handling within an integrated stainless-steel body.
Full-Electric Drive System
A 60 kW permanent-magnet motor and 106.95 kWh LFP battery support zero-emission apron operation with a driving range of up to 295 km.
Vacuum Waste Extraction
A water-ring vacuum pump enables rapid, controlled extraction from aircraft lavatory systems, reducing leakage and spillage risks.
Hydraulic Elevating Work Platform
A stainless-steel elevating platform provides a 400–3,000 mm working range and 200 kg load capacity, with anti-collision protection for safe servicing access.
Clean-Water Supply System
A corrosion-resistant centrifugal pump delivers ≥180 L/min through an 8 m supply hose, with automatic hose retraction for convenient aircraft servicing.
Powered Waste Discharge
A hydraulically actuated ball valve supports efficient waste discharge, with manual emergency operation available following hydraulic or power failure.
Operator Control and Safety
Platform-mounted controls, emergency stop, low-water alarm, anti-collision protection and chassis monitoring support safe single-operator servicing.
Emergency Operation
Emergency electric and manual pumps, manual retraction controls and towing points allow rapid aircraft clearance following a system failure.
Aircraft Compatibility
Designed to accommodate a broad range of regional, narrow-body and wide-body aircraft.
Representative models include Airbus A319/A320/A321, A300/A310, A330/A340/A350 and A380; Boeing 737, 747, 757, 767, 777 and 787; and COMAC ARJ21 and C919.
Standards
Designed with reference to applicable MH/T 6015, AC-137-CA-2015-19, AC-137-CA-2024-04R3 and IATA AHM 910/913/915 requirements for aircraft lavatory service vehicles and electric ground support equipment.
