Electric Water Vehicle

The TK-EQS40 is a fully electric, self-propelled potable water service vehicle designed for aircraft drinking water replenishment.

Its 4,500 L stainless steel water tank, ≥180 L/min flow rate and 0.25–0.35 MPa supply pressure support efficient aircraft potable water servicing operations. A CATL lithium iron phosphate battery system, independent sub-frame and protected electric control system provide extended endurance, reliable body integration and safe operation in varying airport environments.

A CATL LFP battery system delivers 106.95 kWh, IP67 protection, 153.84 Wh/kg energy density and a 290 km plus driving range per charge. 

Large-Capacity Stainless Steel Water Tank 
A 4,500 L 304 stainless steel tank with anti-slosh baffles supports safe, reliable potable water storage and transfer. 

High-Efficiency Water Supply System 
A corrosion-resistant centrifugal pump, DN25 food-grade hose, safety valve, 100-mesh strainer and stainless steel pressure gauge ensure stable water delivery. 

Automatic Hose Reel 
A stainless steel self-rotating hose reel allows easy positioning and automatic retraction, with a lightweight aluminum housing for optimized weight distribution. 

Optional Hydraulic Lifting Platform 
An optional hydraulic lifting platform provides adjustable servicing height for aircraft with different water inlet positions. 

Safety Interlocks and Monitoring 
Warning lights, alarms, reverse radar and camera monitoring support safe vehicle operation during apron servicing. 

Aircraft Compatibility

Designed for potable water servicing operations across regional, narrow-body and wide-body commercial aircraft. 

Representative aircraft include Airbus A300/A310, A318/A319/A320/A321, A330/A340/A350/A380; Boeing 737, 747, 757, 767, 777 and 787; as well as regional aircraft including ERJ-145, E170/E190, CRJ series and COMAC C919.
