Small Electric Pushback Tractor
The TK-EQY120 is a compact, fully electric aircraft pushback tractor designed for pushback and towing of regional and narrow-body aircraft up to 205 tons MTOW.
Its compact footprint and 1,910 mm overall height provide excellent maneuverability on congested aprons. A four-wheel-drive powertrain with a dedicated low-speed traction gear, multi-mode all-wheel steering with automatic straightening, and a 360° visibility cab deliver stable high-traction towing, precise low-speed control and confident aircraft handling.

High-Traction Drive System
Dual permanent-magnet drive motor, a transfer case and dedicated low-speed traction gear deliver 130 kN of controlled drawbar pull.
Full-Electric Drive System
A 155.33 kWh CATL LFP battery and IP68 liquid-cooled motors provide zero-emission apron operation with high efficiency and a 145 km range.
Multi-Mode Steering & Auto-Straightening
Electronically selectable front-wheel, four-wheel and crab steering, combined with an automatic alignment correction system ensures straight-line tracking after turns.
Precision Low-Speed Control
Dedicated low-speed traction gearing and a minimum stable speed of 0.1 km/h provide smooth, controlled aircraft pushback and towing.
Operator Visibility and Monitoring
A low-profile fixed cab, panoramic visibility, front and rear cameras, and dedicated tow-hook mirrors provide confident aircraft handling in all directions.
Safety Redundancy & Interlocks
Dual-circuit hydraulic brakes, electric and manual emergency steering, emergency stop and electrical interlocks enhance operational safety.
Fast Charging & High Availability
DC fast charging replenishes the battery in approximately two hours, while the 145 km range supports extended daily apron operation.
Compact Low-Profile Chassis
The short chassis and 6,150 mm turning diameter on four-wheel steering support efficient maneuvering in congested and space-constrained apron areas.

Designed for pushback and towing operations involving regional, narrow-body and selected wide-body aircraft up to 205 t MTOW.
Representative models include Airbus A318/A319/A320/A321 and selected A300/A310 variants; Boeing 727 and 737 Classic/NG; as well as MD-80/MD-90, ERJ-145, E190, Fokker 50/100, ARJ21 and MA60 aircraft within the stated MTOW range.
