An integrated audio and video control platform, operated through the onboard host and wireless touch tablet, manages cameras, lighting, signal switching, and related multimedia equipment. 

Video Conference System
Equipped with a video conference terminal and onboard display system, the vehicle supports two-way HD conferencing for remote consultation and command coordination. 

Network Access & Data Exchange System
Supports multiple communication methods including 4G/5G aggregation, satellite communication, and wired private network access for voice, video, and data exchange with command centers. 

Independent Power Supply System
Equipped with a PTO generator, 3K UPS, 2 × 100 Ah batteries, and inverter, the system provides stable and uninterrupted power for onboard communication and command equipment. 

On-site CommunicationSystem
Integrating 350M trunking and broadband ad hoc network communication, the system supports on-site voice, video, and data connectivity with coverage of up to 10 km. 

Remote Communication System
The vehicle supports communication on the move through satellite links together with Tiantong and Beidou systems, enabling long-distance communication and remote command support.

After an earthquake, the vehicle can quickly approach damaged villages or blocked access areas, establish communication links, and transmit live video and field information to higher-level command centers. 

Flood Zone Emergency Communication 
During flooding or network disruption, the vehicle can enter affected areas and restore temporary communication capability to support evacuation coordination and emergency dispatch. 

Rural Patrol and Remote Area Support 
In remote villages or areas with weak network coverage, the vehicle can extend voice and data communication capability for patrol, reporting, and command coordination. 

Remote Relay and Temporary Command Support 
The vehicle can be deployed in communication blind zones such as tunnels, border areas, or isolated field locations to provide temporary communication relay and on-site command support.
