Nuclear, Biological & Chemical Detection Vehicle

The Dima Nuclear, Biological and Chemical Detection Vehicle is a multifunctional emergency response vehicle designed for on-site detection, sampling, and analysis in hazardous nuclear, biological, and chemical environments.

Built on a MAN TGM18.290B chassis, it integrates nuclear radiation, biological contamination, and chemical detection systems to support real-time sample collection, testing, and field analysis. Equipped with positive pressure protection, decontamination systems, communication, lighting, and independent power supply, the vehicle helps protect personnel while maintaining continuous operation in dangerous environments. With dedicated internal work zones and integrated support systems, it functions as a mobile on-site detection center for emergency investigation, hazardous material assessment, and field command support.

All vehicles can be customized to meet specific operational requirements; please contact our team to discuss available configurations and options.

  • Chemical Detection & Analysis System
Equipped with toxic gas detection and chemical analysis equipment, including GC-MS capability, the system supports identification and analysis of hazardous chemicals, toxic industrial substances, and over 20 types of toxic gases in the field.

    Biological Detection System
Equipped with rapid biological detection equipment, the system supports screening and identification of suspicious biological agents in air, water, and soil, including pathogens such as anthrax, influenza, hantavirus, and plague.

    Nuclear Radiation Detection  System
Integrated radiation monitoring equipment supports real-time detection of radiation levels, contamination intensity, and related parameters, helping identify hazards and support safe on-site operations.

    Positive Pressure Protection System
The cabin uses a positive pressure protection system with 100 Pa differential pressure to help maintain a safer interior working environment for operators in contaminated areas.

    Independent Power & Decontamination System
Independent power supply, external power access, and onboard decontamination functions support continuous operation and help personnel and equipment carry out basic decontamination after missions.

  • Rapid Deployment Capability
The vehicle supports deployment within 5 minutes and withdrawal within 3 minutes by 1–2 operators, helping teams respond quickly to sudden nuclear, biological, and chemical incidents.

    Extreme Environmental Adaptability
Designed to operate in demanding conditions, the vehicle supports exterior equipment temperatures from -35°C to 55°C, humidity up to 98%, and altitudes below 4000 m, while maintaining stable performance in unpaved, icy, and sandy terrain.

    High System Reliability & Durability
Built for long-term field use, the system supports service life over 15 years, mean time between failures of at least 2000 hours, and continuous operation for more than 24 hours under stable power supply.

    Strong Mobility & Field Access
Built for long-term field use, the system supports service life over 15 years, mean time between failures of at least 2000 hours, and continuous operation for more than 24 hours under stable power supply.

    Integrated On-Site Investigation Capability
The vehicle functions as a mobile detection and investigation center, supporting radiation monitoring, sample collection, analysis, decontamination, documentation, and field command support in one platform.

    Modular & Expanded Design
Its multifunctional layout supports future expansion and adaptation to evolving technologies, operational requirements, and mission equipment.

  • Nuclear Leak Emergency Response
When a nuclear leak, suspected radiation release, or contaminated object is discovered, the vehicle can be deployed close to the scene to measure radiation levels, identify contaminated areas, and support the establishment of safety and evacuation zones.

    Major Event Security Standby
During major public events or high-security operations, the vehicle can remain on standby near the venue to provide rapid on-site assessment when suspicious materials, powders, liquids, or radiological concerns are reported.

    Sudden Biological Outbreak Detection
When an unexplained outbreak or suspected biological contamination event occurs, the vehicle can arrive on site to collect samples from the environment, screen suspicious agents, and support faster field assessment for responding authorities.

    Industrial Chemical Leak Response
At chemical plant accidents, warehouse spills, transport incidents, or toxic release scenes, the vehicle can identify leaked substances, support on-site analysis, and help reduce secondary contamination through controlled decontamination procedures.

  • This vehicle is available on MAN, SITRAK, HOWO, FUTON, FORD, Dongfeng and BENZ chassis platforms and can be configured with optional drone systems for aerial surveillance and real-time monitoring. Contact us to discuss configuration options and specifications for your application.
