The Dima Mobile Kitchen Vehicle is a high-mobility field catering solution designed for emergency rescue, disaster relief, and field operations.  

Built on a Sinotruck Howo ZZ1187N501GF1 chassis, it can prepare up to 150 meals per hour with full cooking functions including steaming, boiling, frying, and stir-frying. Equipped with a 1000L water tank, 200L fuel tank, diesel-powered stoves, and a 7.2KW generator, it ensures continuous off-grid operation. The expandable compartment provides a spacious, well-ventilated workspace, while integrated kitchen systems, storage, and sanitation equipment support efficient, safe, and reliable food service in demanding environments.
