The Dima Mid-Size Communication Command Vehicle is a mobile command center designed for emergency response, on-site coordination, and remote communication support. 

Built on the Toyota Coaster SCT6706GRB53L chassis, it integrates satellite communication, Tiantong/Beidou positioning, 4G/5G networking, and trunk radio systems to support real-time transmission of voice, video, and data. Equipped with video conferencing, audio-visual processing, centralized control, and independent power supply, the vehicle supports on-site decision-making, communication networking, and multi-level command coordination. With onboard office facilities, meeting space, and reliable field support systems, it is well suited for disaster response and public safety operations.

  • Image Capture & Transmissino System 
    Roof-mounted and in-vehicle cameras collect, store, and transmit on-site video, audio, and data through multiple communication networks, supporting remote monitoring and command coordination. 

    Information Processing System 
    The onboard information platform supports real-time collection, transmission, and processing of field information, helping command personnel carry out remote consultation, visualized command, and coordinated dispatch. 

    Audio, Video & Conference System 
    The vehicle integrates audio-visual control, signal switching, and video conferencing functions, while providing a meeting environment for up to 6 people for on-site consultation and remote coordination. 

    Communication & Network Access System  
    The vehicle supports satellite communication, Tiantong/Beidou, 4G/5G networking, trunk radio, and public/private network access for voice, video, and data exchange with higher-level command centers. 

    Independent Power Supply & Lighting System  
    Equipped with onboard power generation, UPS support, and on-site lifting lighting, the vehicle provides stable power and working illumination for sustained field operations. 

    Command Support & Office System 
    The onboard workspace supports basic office and command functions such as document handling, information display, and operational coordination during on-site missions.

    During public security incidents or other urban emergencies, the vehicle can be deployed quickly as a communication hub to support secure voice, video, and command coordination between front-line teams and higher-level command. 

    Remote Area Communication Support 
    In mountainous, forested, or weak-network areas, the vehicle can maintain communication links through satellite and other onboard systems, supporting command continuity in difficult environments. 

    Multi-Agency Coordination Support 
    During joint exercises or cross-department emergency operations, the vehicle can support integrated communication, video access, and command coordination between multiple response teams and rear command centers.
