Image Capture & Transmission System
Roof-mounted and in-vehicle cameras collect, store, and transmit on-site video, audio, and data through multiple communication networks, supporting remote monitoring and command coordination. 

Information Processing System
The onboard information platform supports real-time collection, transmission, and processing of field information, helping command personnel carry out remote consultation, visualized command, and coordinated dispatch. 

Audio, Video & Conference System
The vehicle integrates audio-visual control, signal switching, and video conferencing functions, while providing a meeting environment for up to 6 people for on-site consultation and remote coordination. 

Communication & Network Access System
The vehicle supports satellite communication, Tiantong/Beidou, 4G/5G networking, trunk radio, and public/private network access for voice, video, and data exchange with higher-level command centers. 

Independent Power Supply & Lighting System
Equipped with onboard power generation, UPS support, and on-site lifting lighting, the vehicle provides stable power and working illumination for sustained field operations. 

Command Support & Office System
The onboard workspace supports basic office and command functions such as document handling, information display, and operational coordination during on-site missions.  

Image Capture & Video Processing System 
The vehicle integrates interior conference cameras, a roof-mounted PTZ camera, and multi-source video processing equipment, with a 16×16 hybrid matrix supporting real-time image collection, switching, storage, and transmission for on-site command. 

Video Conference System 
Equipped with a 75-inch interactive display and dedicated conferencing equipment, the vehicle supports two-way video consultation, visualized command, and coordinated decision-making with rear command centers. 

Communication & Network Access System 
The vehicle supports satellite communication, private network access, wireless transmission, and voice communication systems, with communication coverage of up to 10 km for on-site coordination and field connectivity.  
 
Independent Power Supply System 
Onboard power generation, UPS support, battery systems, and external mains access provide stable and continuous power, with a 10 kW silent generator supporting command and communication equipment during field operations. 
 
On-Site Lighting & Broadcast System 
The vehicle is equipped with lifting lighting and high-power broadcast capability, including 2 × 1000 W lighting units for night operations and wide-area command support. 
 
Command Support & Office System 
Onboard office and command-support equipment allow personnel to carry out document handling, printing, scanning, and other operational tasks, with a dedicated 6-person conference environment for field coordination. 

Centralized Control System 
A wireless tablet-based centralized control system manages audio-visual equipment, signal switching, lighting, support systems, and other key onboard functions through a simplified control interface. 
 
Environmental & Safety Support System 
Air conditioning, warning systems, safety facilities, and support structures such as outriggers help maintain stable operation and working conditions, with four hydraulic outriggers supporting on-site stabilization. 

Large Command & Conference Space 
The vehicle provides a dedicated 10 m² command area with a 75-inch interactive display and seating for up to 7 personnel, supporting on-site meetings, consultation, and coordinated decision-making. 

Isolated Generator Compartment 
The 10 kW generator is housed in a soundproofed rear compartment with vibration protection, reducing noise and interference inside the command area during operation. 

Automatic Hydraulic Leveling 
Four hydraulic outriggers with one-button leveling help stabilize the vehicle on uneven terrain, improving safety and usability during field deployment. 

External Equipment Storage 
Side skirt compartments house batteries, cable reels, and outrigger controls externally, keeping the interior command space more organized while allowing easy access to support equipment. 

Integrated Communication Capability 
The vehicle combines satellite communication, private network access, wireless transmission, and voice communication systems to support real-time coordination between the incident scene and rear command centers. 

Independent Long-Duration Operation 
With onboard power generation, UPS support, office equipment, lighting, and communication systems, the vehicle can carry out command tasks independently during extended field operations. 

Ergonomic Interior Layout 
The interior adopts a practical and human-centered layout with durable, flame-retardant materials and well-organized work areas, helping personnel operate more comfortably and efficiently on site. 

Expandability & System Compatibility  Reserved interfaces and redundant system design support future equipment upgrades and compatibility with higher-level command systems, improving long-term flexibility and integration. 

Disaster Scene Joint Command 
After an earthquake, flood, or other major disaster, the vehicle can be deployed in a safe command area to support multi-team coordination, video conferencing, image display, and centralized decision-making as rescue operations unfold. 

Major Event Security Coordination  
During marathons, festivals, or other major public events, the vehicle can serve as an on-site command center for communication coordination, route monitoring, crowd management, and rapid incident response. 

Night Rescue and Lighting Support 
For night rescue, repair, or emergency support operations, the vehicle can provide elevated lighting and power support while maintaining communication and command functions on site. 

Communication Relay in Weak-Signal Areas 
In mountains, forests, or other weak-signal areas, the vehicle can provide temporary communication support through onboard systems, helping maintain links between frontline teams and headquarters.
