The FOTON DMT5038XYCEV1-AM is a pure electric armored cash-in-transit vehicle built on the FOTON BJ5039XXYEV8 chassis and powered by CATL lithium iron phosphate batteries, delivering strong performance and extended driving range. The reinforced chassis enhances load capacity for armored applications.
The vehicle features a three-zone layout comprising a driver’s cab, escort compartment, and cash compartment. Class A bulletproof protection is applied to occupant areas, with bulletproof glass and steel shielding for critical components, including the battery system. A six-camera surveillance system, run-flat front tires, an emergency escape hatch, and independent escort compartment air conditioning ensure operational safety, reliability, and crew comfort.
