Emergency Rescue Fire Vehicle

The Dima Emergency Rescue Fire Vehicle is a versatile rescue platform designed for rapid response and multi-functional emergency operations.

Built on a Sinotruck Howo chassis, it is equipped with a 5-ton truck-mounted crane, 76.03kN winch, and 10kW generator to support heavy-duty rescue tasks. The vehicle features a lifting 8-meter lighting system and aluminum alloy equipment compartments for storage of rescue, detection, and communication tools. With advanced systems including panoramic imaging, Beidou positioning, and onboard communication, this vehicle is suited for complex rescue and emergency response scenarios.

All vehicles can be customized to meet specific operational requirements; please contact our team to discuss available configurations and options.

  • Truck-Mounted Crane System
Equipped with a truck-mounted crane with 5,000 kg lifting capacity, 10.3 m operating height, 8.3 m working radius, and 420° rotation, supporting heavy equipment lifting and debris removal during rescue operations.

    Electric Winch System
Equipped with a 16,500 lbs (76.03 kN) electric winch and 36 m steel wire rope, the system provides strong pulling capability for vehicle recovery, obstacle clearing, and heavy-object towing in emergency situations.

    High-Elevation Lighting System
A mobile lifting lighting unit with 4 × 1000 W floodlights, 8 m maximum elevation, and wide-angle rotation provides broad illumination for night rescue and low-visibility disaster scenes.

    Independent Power Supply System
A 10 kW onboard generator provides stable power for rescue equipment, lighting systems, and field electrical devices during sustained operations.

    Smart Monitoring & Communication System
Integrated 360° monitoring, panoramic imaging, reversing radar, tire-pressure monitoring, Beidou positioning, and vehicle radio support situational awareness, driving safety, and emergency communication during rescue missions.

  • Multi-Function Rescue Capability
Large-capacity equipment compartments support the integrated transport of rescue, detection, demolition, lighting, communication, and chemical-protection equipment for a wide range of missions.

    High-Strength Equipment Compartment
The side equipment compartments use an aluminum alloy structure with roller shutters, offering lightweight construction, strong load capacity, and corrosion resistance. Adjustable shelves, pull-out trays, and storage baskets support organized storage and quick access to rescue equipment.

    Rapid Deployment Capability
The vehicle combines front towing, rear lifting, and onboard support systems to enable quick positioning and efficient rescue operations at accident and disaster scenes.

    All-Terrain Operational Reliability
Built on a heavy-duty chassis with reinforced compartment structure and anti-slip fold-down steps, the vehicle supports reliable use in complex terrain and harsh emergency environments.

  • Traffic Accident Rescue
When multiple-vehicle collisions or rollovers occur on highways or city streets, the vehicle can use its truck-mounted crane to lift damaged vehicles and its winch to create working space, while onboard rescue tools support the extraction of trapped occupants.

Structural and Enclosed Space Fire Support
During fires in high-rise buildings, underground spaces, or large commercial complexes, the vehicle supports frontline firefighting teams by providing illumination from its elevating light mast and supplying rescue tools to help open access routes for search operations.

    Natural Disaster Response
After earthquakes or landslides, when roads are blocked and structures collapse, the vehicle can assist with debris removal, stranded vehicle recovery, and nighttime lighting to support search and rescue work.

    Municipal and General Rescue
The vehicle can also support a wide range of non-fire emergencies, including elevator entrapments, unstable structures or signage, and other incidents requiring lifting, towing, or specialized rescue equipment.

  • This vehicle is available on HOWO, Dongfeng, FUTON, SAIC and SITRAK  chassis platforms and can be configured with optional drone systems for aerial surveillance and real-time monitoring. Contact us to discuss configuration options and specifications for your application.
